Job Description

This position enters and ensures robust data in the HR core system and provides reporting and auditing on HR data.

The person(s) in this role will work with local HR departments to ensure data correctness in our HR core system. They will audit the data and support with various reporting and system integration requirements.

Experience working with Human Resource applications such as Human Capital Management (e.g.Oracle Fusion HCM), Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll and Time and Attendance is a plus.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Administer and maintain employee data transactions in the HR Core System
  2. Manage new hire pre-hire requests
  3. Understand the business processes and implications of data flow between the applications
  4. Interface with Human Resource Information Systems, Compensation & Benefits, Human
  5. Resources Business Partners, Payroll teams to align on data quality
  6. Audit interface reconciliation reports
  7. Fusion HCM employee data audits
  8. Run ad hoc employee reports
  9. Train new Data Management team members
  10. Support Human Resource Information Systems and Human Resource Information Technology teams with mass upload of employee data changes

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years experience in Data Management related field
  • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
