The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, unit operations, material handling, process control, process housekeeping, safety management, trouble shooting and general mechanical preventative maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be joining the existing team where they will be gradually trained and familiarized with the coater operations, facility safety requirements, shop floor reporting, process management etc. All team members are expected to support their fellow members with the express goal of continuous production of products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Essential duties and skills include:
Ability to perform basic math functions and the ability read and understand written instructions
Documentation and development of work instructions and recordkeeping
Exhibit a functional understanding of the process with particular awareness to safety and quality related controls and conditions
Be willing to work shifts, days, nights and weekends depending upon business needs
