Job Description

This individual will serve as the primary contact point and relationship liaison for the company. 

The successful candidate is self-directed in work prioritization and will demonstrate good judgment-making ability within the scope of the position’s areas of responsibility. The Manager will perform all duties in accordance with Globaltrack’s policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and implement strategy to drive brand awareness, strong concentration on lead generation, and customer acquisition across channels and market segments.

  • Direct team members in daily and long-term task completion.

  • Manage and Lead follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, digitally, or via phone.

  • Identify sales prospects contacting these to introduce GlobalTrack products and services.

  • Prepare presentations and proposals for all potential customers.

  • Develop and maintain current client (or assigned clients) by educating the customer on GlobalTrack’s online store and device management pages.

  • Develop, maintain, and understand sales materials including staying up to date with new market trends and communicating these to management.

  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events for financial institution, dealer, and general automotive communities.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES:

  • Ability to persuade and influence others

  • Exceptional Presentation Skills (from initial creation to delivery)

  • Polished business acumen and communication skills

  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines.

  • Versatility in job functionality and quick to assimilate procedural changes.

  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Sales experience REQUIRED

  • College degree REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook)

  • Knowledge of web applications and navigation

  • Previous work experience in the automotive finance industry, retail automobile sales, or GPS/collateral tracking products and services.
