This position provides administrative support to the Director of the PGCS North America Supply Chain team.
• Provide phone support, file maintenance
• Preparation of presentations, documents, and correspondence
• Maintain calendars and organize both on-site & off-site meetings
• Coordinate International and Domestic travel arrangements
• Prepare monthly T&E reports in SAP
• Issue purchase orders to maintain office supply inventory, invoice processing through SAP, track and manage office supply spending vs. budget
• Coordinate with vendors and internal contacts
• Distribution of mail and fax
• Perform special projects as assigned
• Support execution of global/regional/local functional projects
• Assist with weekly/period scorecards
• T&E policy compliance, budget management for on-site and off-site meetings
• 3+ years executive administrative experience required; PepsiCo experience desirable
• Strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Highly confidential work environment – must process work and handle requests in a discreet nature
• Ability to interact with senior executives in the organization
• Strong communications skills, customer service oriented
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
