Business Operations Clerk/Medical Records

Job Responsibilities:
Researches questions, identifies errors on an internal/state database which monitors current clients and client pay sources. Under general supervision, organizes and analyzes databases, produces reports from various databases, has responsibility for limited projects and well-defined assignments.  Gathers, complies and analyzes data in relation to program area.  Participates in the assessment of program operations.  Prepares statistical and narrative reports.  Monitors and ensures program compliance. Will pull and submit medical records to requesting agencies.

Entry Qualifications:
Completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR one year of experience at the lower level position equivalent or two years related experience which includes report writing and data collection, tabulation, computation and analysis. Skills in the use of computer application (word processors, spreadsheets, databases, etc.) are required.


Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Access


All persons interviewed will be given an onsite skills exam in Excel and Access.
