Connection has an excellent opportunity through our technical staffing division in San Diego, CA.One of our Fortune 500 clients is in the process of moving its user base into OneDrive, and they are in need of additional help to walk their end users successfully through this process.
In short, we are looking for multiple Help Desk Technicians for a 8-12 week commitment to this project.
Hours: M-F; 8am-5pm

Who you are:
Someone who does not have multiple days off planned for the next 8-12 weeks.
You have some IT experience and excellent communication skills.
You like helping people through technical issues and can deliver instruction effectively.
Contact end user on the phone and walk the user through steps to complete their update of the “OneDrive For Business" application.
Once the migrations is successful and complete, you will record and close the task.
Keep record keeping of users who have completed the migration, and maintain follow up for users who still have not completed the migration.
IT training is a must – either in the form of a certification, Bachelor’s degree, Associate Degree, or previous work experience.
Able to commit to a 8-12 week project.
Employee must be onsite for this position.
Work with users over the phone – customer service oriented personality – happy to help and be patient with end users.
Some basic MS Office / Outlook experience.
