Job Description

Position: Call Center Representative
Duration: 3-5 Months  (extension possible)
Location: Urbandale, Iowa 50398
Shift timings: Any 8.5 hour shift between 6am-9pm

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering telephone inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

 Experience and Skills:

  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

 Other:

  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
  • Typically supervised by a supervisor or manager.
