Collaborates on a team that provides the system administration, the design and provides support services for Encompass® by Ellie Mae®.
The ideal candidate has successfully evaluated business processes to identify efficient technology solutions and coordinated these solutions to meet the business and operational requirements. Can work with management to facilitate the development of priorities, coordinate application testing and problem resolution with the appropriate staff and provide user support as needed.
The typical day might include maintaining and supporting the assigned applications software, applying software updates; troubleshooting and resolving application problems and performance issues, and serving as liaison between business units and vendor technical staff.
This person will have a bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, CS, or a closely related field and have 2 years of proven experience in providing user support, testing, and related functions for Encompass. It would be a bonus if this person was already a Certified Encompass Administrator.
We would certainly consider an equivalent of education and experience. The cherry on top would be experience in Visual Basic (VB) Scripting language and Java scripting.
