We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with a strong sense of teamwork to join our growing team. You will focus on recruiting top IT candidates for contract and permanent positions for Fortune 500, mid-sized, and small companies. We offer extensive IT and Recruiting training, as well as the ability to progress into a Senior Recruiter or Account Management position.
· Locate and recruit top IT professionals through market research (i.e., our database of over 150,000 IT professionals, LinkedIn, job boards, Twitter and other social media, etc.), recruiting calls, and attending user groups / meet-ups.
· Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods.
· Qualify candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews, and assist with interview preparation.
· Maintain ongoing relationships with placed candidates to ensure job satisfaction (taking placed consultants to lunch, keeping in touch regarding projects, etc.).

Experience: All of the owners of the company have 20+ years of IT Staffing in Atlanta. Our recruiting team averages 6 years of experience, and most importantly to a recruiter- our Account Management team averages 10+ years of experience. They have deep established relationships and know how to qualify their positions.
Training: We have two of our top producers involved in weekly training on technology and desk side recruiting. We also have a formal on boarding training program
Volume and quality of jobs: We currently have over 200 positions open with no VMS jobs without hiring manager contact.

· 6+ months of Technical Recruiting experience with a staffing firm / agency.
