MOBILE NOTARY SIGNING AGENT JOBS
Signing Agent Jobs (signingagentjobs.com) is seeking someone to fill the position of a Mobile Mortgage Loan Closer to work remotely / mobile in the U.S. Just a better way to get connected to mobile notary signing jobs in your local area!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare all closing documents to send to the title.
Review Title Commitments, Surveys, and Appraisals to verify the accuracy and consistency of vesting, legal descriptions, etc.
Assemble documents for delivery to Title Company, real estate broker, or lending officer for the closing.
Sign and witness buyers signing loan closing documents
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years of Mortgage Loan Closing and funding document preparation experience. Multi-state knowledge is a plus!
Working knowledge of TRID and experience CD preparations.
Experience in reviewing titles.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet.
PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.
