Midwest Professional Staffing is recruiting for an Account Coordinator to help out one of our clients in the insurance industry in West Des Moines, IA! This person will be responsible for day to day activities surronding retirement planning customers.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule and prepare materials for retirement plan reviews, as well as individual brokerage and advisory clients
Market retirement plans
Enter and maintain client data and account information
Respond to client questions and requests in a professional and timely manner
Maintain broker/dealer compliance files
Recomment changes to processes and procedures to streamline processes and improve team efficiency
College degree required
Experience working with retirement plans and individual securitites/advisory clients
High attention to detail and great organizational skills
Knowledge of retirement plans, mutual funds, retirement planning and investment products
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Ability to learn financial/retirement planning software
