Assist all departments with general tasks, office support and other projects and admin duties.
· Cover receptionist/phones for lunch and breaks/mail distribution
· Open checks and deliver to Accounts Payable (in envelopes) daily
· Shuttle the interoffice mail between CC and Dahlia daily
· Assist with the coordination of all onsite events and meetings (Commerce City)
· Complete light data integrity work, including data entry and validation for EQUIP, HANDLE and JDAim databases
· Assist with distribution of Honnen materials and merchandise
· Misc. Admin duties for the President and Senior Managers
· High School Diploma or GED
· At least 1 (one) year experience in an office setting, preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Customer Service minded
· Basic phone and office experience, preferred
· Good teamwork and communication, required
