Symmetric Health Solutions is looking for a software developer to join the team! We are a fast-paced team revolutionizing healthcare supply chain data. This position will be responsible for developing both our web and mobile applications, and integrating them tightly with our data processing pipelines.

Skills Required
  • 2+ years experience as a developer
  • Comfort programming in multiple languages and frameworks, Python/Javascript/React or Kotlin (Android)
  • Ability to add unit tests (e.g. with JUnit or pytest) and automated acceptance tests (e.g. with Selenium) to your code
  • Some DevOps experience and the ability to operationalize the code you write (including creating the developer experience, CI/CD, managing infrastructure to run the code, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, etc)
  • The drive to take over project timelines and deliverables
Skills that would be nice to have
  • Some experience with data processing (our apps are data heavy). We currently use Python-based tooling (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, etc.) with S3 and Postgres
  • UI design experience
  • Experience working with any Healthcare or Supply Chain  IT Infrastructure
Additional requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (sciences, engineering, etc.)
  • Authorized to work in the US
