Fulfillment Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the Electrical Solutions and Product Supplier industry, is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure that the business runs efficiently and effectively from the sales process through implementation. This is a critical position for the success of the company and we are looking for a talented candidate to fill this important role. Excellent pay and great benefits!

Responsibilities: Fulfillment Coordinator

  • Receive orders from customer and enter into the Sales Register accounting for any differences.
  • Create Purchase Orders for merchandise or merchandise being shipped directly to the customer.
  • Make sure that all data is entered correctly on the Purchase Order and correct as necessary.
  • Handle Credit Memo's when a customer requests permission to return merchandise.
  • Process orders.
  • Complete Job Information Reports and billing to job accounts.
  • File records in the appropriate files as necessary.
  • Closed Purchase Order File
  • Answer telephones and Photocopying as necessary to deal with customer issues or production delays.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients. 

Specific Job RequirementsFulfillment Coordinator

  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
  • Strong experience in Customer Service type role.  
  • Understanding of the overall Sales Process and ability to address issues as they arise.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of electrical products and their functions.
  • Ability to operate a ten-key calculator.
  • Math skills that include calculating percentages, decimals (.1, .01, .001) and discount multipliers.
  • Ability to answer telephones and provide courteous, prompt and efficient service to customers.
  • Possess basic knowledge of computers and the Internet (vendor websites).
  • Possess filing skills, both alphabetically and numerically.
  • Ability to perform basic computer skills to track and facilitate vendor price checking, rebates, and quotations.
  • Capacity to multi-task, to be organized and consistent.
  • Capabilities to ask questions, understand the application and offer materials that fulfill those requirements.
  • Ability to upsell cost-effective alternative materials.
  • Receive and forward customer and vendor feedback while making suggestions for improvement.
  • Desire to exceed expectations and earn customer trust and confidence in one’s capabilities and performance.
