Our facilities team is searching for a temporary project manager resource to assist with some heavy workloads over the summer and into our busy season. We are looking to potentially bring in this resource as soon as possible and would likely keep them for 8-12 months
Position is a multi-disciplined role with the sole purpose of ensuring that our employees and owners have a safe environment that promotes productivity and reflects the brand. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the management of projects, real estate, suppliers and corp moves.
4-6 Years of experience
- Demonstrated experience and ability to successfully delivery projects and manage suppliers
- strong Analytical skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience acquiring, negotiating and managing real estate a plus
- intermediate to expert PC Skills including an excellent working knowledge Microsfot office and Microsoft Project, Auto CAD and CAFM a plus
- Ability to be on call 24/7
- Ability to read blueprints and understand building specs
- Ability to travel to support projects across the US infrequent, but required when needed
