Job Description
- Manage the company schedule
- Dispatch field crew
- Create invoices and proposals
- Handle customer calls
- Supervise office staff
Requirements
- Multitasking experience in a customer service/dispatch environment
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Comfortable and professional when communicating with clients over the phone
- Must be okay with working around dogs
