Do you have solid call center experience and a drive to help people?

We’re currently interviewing to fill Customer Service Representatives positions that are going to be a part of a team providing assistance to callers with anything from billing inquiries, routine follow ups, and step-down care guidance to scheduling appointments and explaining EOB’s. 

Experience in customer service is required, as well as a professional, cheerful, demeanor. We want candidates who really understand the value of an excellent customer service experience.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow up on patient accounts
  • Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Explaining patient accounts and help patients with issues

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School education or GED required.
  • Must have at least 2 years of call center experience.
  • Types 35 WPM or higher
  • Experience with a cloud based telephone system is a plus
  • Professional demeanor
Job Requirements

We're looking for candidates skilled in Microsoft Excel and Data Entry to fill this newly opened Data Coordinator position!

In this position, you'll be reading documents and transferring detailed data in their system. To be successful in this role, you have to have excelling keyboarding skills and knowledge of Excel (Do you know how to do If/Then statements?)

Job Duties

  • Reading source documents and enter information into specific fields 
  • Complete subsequent entry using keyboards or scanners
  • Logging activities as needed
  • Inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard
  • Storage of completed documents in appropriate locations
  • Type minimum 40 WPM and minimum of 6000 KSPH
  • Must be able to multitask and be detail-oriented.
  • Minimum of 6 months recent experience in Data Entry/Order entry
  • Understanding of customer service protocols

Qualifications

  • Intermediate or advanced experience using MS Excel to manipulate large sets of data.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook and Word required. 

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
