Job Description

Unlimited Care Inc. is looking for an Employment Coordinator/Payroll Coordinator, who is responsible for coordinating, recording and updating compliance requirements for field staff employed by the company.

Essential Job Functions:


Documentation Compliance Support:

1.      Coordinates applicants’ hiring process to ensure full compliance with state, federal and contract regulations.



2.      Maintains compliance with regulations and contract requirements annually as well as schedules all personnel to comply with mandates including:


3.      Responsible for assisting with insurance verification accuracy; responsible for MD license verification.

4.      Works directly with Supervisory RN in scheduling all branch in-service training programs.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a High School Diploma (some college is preferred) and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health agency or 2 years of other relevant record keeping experience.

Team coordination and communication skills are skills necessary, as is basic computer literacy.

A valid NYS driver's license is required
