About this opportunity:
Albion Staffing Solutions is looking for a Sales/ Business Development with staffing clients with current business to work in the Miami Dade and Broward area.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Currently maintaining staffing clients with business
  • Sourcing, qualifying and selling new clients through all of our available tools and platforms.
  • Build & develop long term relationships with Industry Professionals.
  • Represent the Albion Staffing´s family’s high-standards outwardly to all of our partners.

Requirements: 

  • The personality to come in, be positive and hustle daily with 110% effort. We work smarter so we can play harder here.
  • Super-human PC skills including proficiency in Excel.
  • Minimum of 1-year telephone sales/marketing experience with a proven track record of success or an attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Candidates must be able to work well in a team environment but thrive independently.
  • Motivated, self-started, energetic and a positive attitude A MUST.

Education:

A college degree preferred. 

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English and Spanish (Preferred)

Work authorization:

  • United States (Required)
