
Recruiter - Healthcare Staffing
GLC Group, one of the nation’s leading staffing firms is currently seeking an DRIVEN, POSITIVE AND SELF-MOTIVATED Healthcare Recruiter for our growing Contracting Division, GLC On-The-Go. This position is responsible for sourcing, networking, pre-qualifying interviewing and evaluating candidates to present to clients and potential clients on a nationwide basis.
The successful individual must be driven, organized, and a team player with a temperament that can handle time pressured situations at times while maintaining a high call volume and changing priorities.
Primary duties include:
Utilizes multiple recruitment tools and strategies to attract skilled and experienced Healthcare Professionals for confirmed and/or potential t contract opportunities nationwide
Interviews and evaluates candidate to match skills and experience to client needs
Prepare qualified candidate profiles for presentation to the client and maintain ongoing communication with candidate
Negotiate Contractor compensation packages, terms and conditions of contract
Manage Contractor while on assignment to include ongoing communication, performance evaluations, scheduling, problem resolution etc.
Accurately and efficiently enters all pertinent information into our internal data base
Must be able to operate within tight deadlines
Must be able to prioritize work based on urgency, tasks can change hourly depending on the client’s needs or new opportunities
Flexibility in work schedule, occasional after hours and weekend projects may be required
Occasional travel for Trade Show events or client visits may be required
Provide outstanding customer service
Ideal Candidate will possess:
· A minimum of one year recruiting experience within the healthcare staffing industry
· Knowledge of credentialing requirements
· Proficiency with outbound recruiting calls
· An extensive knowledge of utilizing the internet for conducting searches to identify candidates
· A sense of urgency results-driven
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent negotiating skills and the ability to overcome objectives
· Strong time management skills
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Computer proficient with Windows 10, Outlook, Excel and Word
