The Recruiting Associate provides administrative and clerical support to Consilio’s Global Recruiting efforts and will report to the Global Recruiting Director. Specific duties and responsibilities for recruiting include initial candidate phone screening, scheduling interviewsURL blocked - click to apply, coordinating candidate travel, acting as the point of contact between candidate and hiring manager, assisting with new hire paperwork, and working with the recruiting team with ongoing metrics and reporting. This role will have a specific responsibility working with our Finance department, globally. Previous experience recruiting for positions related to Finance and Accounting is A MUST.
Delivering a top-notch service-experience to managers & candidates as it pertains to the recruitment process.
Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews across the UK, EU, and ASIA.
Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment including monthly metrics reporting.
Assist with new hire paperwork, coordinating candidate travel, and candidate correspondence.
Occasionally handle other HR-related projects as assigned.
Experience recruiting positions within Finance & Accounting.
Degree preferred in human resources or related business field.
1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in Finance related roles.
Experience with applicant tracking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English with the ability to provide strong customer service.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Recognizing and maintaining confidentiality of work materials.
General knowledge of employment and benefit laws and practices.
Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, flexibility, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects & priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively with employees in dealing with confidential issues.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), recruitment tools, databases, or applications
Strong analytical, research, systemic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and judgement to effectively manage simultaneous priorities.
