Columbia Sussex Management, LLC is an established and rapidly growing Hotel Owner/Operator. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full-time opening in our Corporate Office located Crestview Hills, KY. The HR/Payroll Assistant will be responsible for employment verifications, new hire paperwork, various clerical duties, updates and a backup for the receptionist.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Computer with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Data Entry
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to Multi-task various projects
- Ability to work independently
- Good Organization Skills
- A minimum of one (1) year office experience required
- Previous H.R. experience helpful
- Maintain employee records
