Job Description:
We are Looking for an experienced (3-5 year) P&C Insurance Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager/Rep in the Montgomery County & Anne Arundel County, MD area. Our client has 5 locations around the state of Maryland, with 25-30 employees. We are currently appointed with over 20 carriers to help meet the ever- changing needs of our clients. We are Looking to add team members to help service our current book of personal lines clients.

Responsibilities:
Insurance Account Manager Responsibilities to include:
- Retention of book of personal lines insurance business, including service, remarketing of accounts, cross-selling
- On-going Carrier, product & industry knowledge
- Pro-active marketing campaigns
- Building client relationships
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, emaiL and in person (when safe and applicable)
- Use of insurance agency systems including VOIP phone system, Client management system, electronic filing, etc
- Establish referral sources (current insurance clients, mortgage companies, real estate, networking groups, etc)
