Our Client is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives - Call Center in Wilmington, DE.


Earn an hourly rate at these full-time positions. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Part-time positions are also available for up to 20 hours per week, including Saturdays.


Individualized training will be provided for 3 to 5 days followed by 4 weeks of on the floor training including equipment and systems.


Job Description:


  • Receive inbound calls (Approximately 80 calls per day)
  • Provide support to customers, handle inquiries, provide resolutions
  • Answer customer questions, receive payments, update customer addresses, submit website trouble tickets
  • Promote and enhance excellent customer relations
  • Utilize the first hour of the work day to follow up on the previous day's work, phones turn on at 9:00 AM

Requirements:


  • High School Degree or Equivalent (GED); Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5 years customer service / call center experience preferred
  • Customer service savvy
  • Upbeat personality, self-sufficient, punctual, coachable
  • Computer efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening & background check
  • Bilingual: English / Spanish a plus but not required
