Qualifications and Skills:

  • MUST be able to perform successfully in a team setting as well as individually with minimal supervision

  • MUST be hard working and have a student mentality

  • MUST have leadership skills and able to handle the pressure

  • MUST be energetic, personable, and capable of getting those around you excited to set goals and break records

  • MUST be willing to go the extra mile

  • Graduate degree - GPA of 3.0 preferred

  • MUST be committed to delivering the absolute BEST results for our clients and our organization, no matter how large or how small the task


  • Understand our client's business and marketing challenges to create sales and marketing plans to help them hit their goals.

  • Manage client feedback and input.

  • Clearly communicating objectives and challenges so the creative team can solve those challenges.

  • Reporting on targets hit to upper management.

  • Create a sales pipeline based on the customer's individual needs.

  • Meet critical deadlines.

  • Manage account-level forecasts, status reports, and document decisions between us and our clients.

  • Collect constant feedback from clients on the performance of campaigns and marketing activities.

  • Provide excellent customer service and be the go-to person for our clients
