Job Description

Executive Assistant

Hourly rate: $30/hr

Perm salary: $70k


Commercial Real Estate firm has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant. Temp to perm. Immediate start. Midtown office.


·         Prepare and maintain complex schedules.

·         Data capturing and processing.

·         Coordinate domestic and international travel.

·         Format, transcribe, proofread and edit a high volume of reports and correspondence.

·         Maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts.

·         Manage billings, invoices and expense reports.

·         Oversee a high volume of confidential information.

Job Requirements


·         3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-moving business environment.

·         Assertive and articulate with strong initiative.

·         Congenial with a positive attitude and an upbeat personality.

·         Ability to multi-task with ease and maintain attention to detail.

·         Ability to work independently and to draw on personal resources.

·         Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.

·         Aptitude for building and maintaining relationships with diverse personalities.

·         Resourceful, quick-thinking problem solver.

·         Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
