Commercial Real Estate firm has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant. Temp to perm. Immediate start. Midtown office.
· Prepare and maintain complex schedules.
· Data capturing and processing.
· Coordinate domestic and international travel.
· Format, transcribe, proofread and edit a high volume of reports and correspondence.
· Maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
· Manage billings, invoices and expense reports.
· Oversee a high volume of confidential information.
· 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-moving business environment.
· Assertive and articulate with strong initiative.
· Congenial with a positive attitude and an upbeat personality.
