Farmers Insurance Agency Ownership Opportunity

Farmers Insurance, District 13 is seeking a highly motivated, business-minded, and determined sales professional with a strong desire for personal growth, career fulfillment & financial success

We at District 13 will provide extensive training and support to ensure your success as a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner.

Agency Owner Responsibilities

-Develop insurance quotes, advise clients

-Meet new business growth goals and objectives as established

-Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies
-Grow client base by utilizing phone, email, potential client list & existing client referrals
-Manage and inspire staff (qualify to become a mentor & receive additional bonus)

  • Function between agency and insureds
  • Ensuring agency activities and materials
  • Finding markets for insurance sold by agency
  • Control the sessions and speakers on the agency's monthly agency training calendar
  • Planning all aspects of agency operations
  • Maintain and ongoing liaison with agency committees, agency employees, and contractors
  • Deploying title agency benefits and programs
  • Ensure that agency meets all contracted obligations
  • Select companies to be represented by agency
  • Selecting companies and negotiating contracts for agency
  • Assisting in the growth of the agency programs
  • Serve as primary registered principal for the agency
  • Develop and communicate agency management reports and action plans
  • Work with an existing agent as a pathway to agency ownership
  • Conduct and participate in agency education activities and staff meetings
  • Develop best practices and benchmarking initiatives to optimize agency relationships
  • Organize and analyze agency data from a variety of data sources
  • Ensuring agency compliance responsibilities and related supervisory requirements are maintained
  • Keep strong executive level relationships with agency influencers and decision makers
  • Participate in managing agency production of premium volume in line with company goals
