Job Description

 

  • Assists beneficiaries in enrolling and disenrolling in managed care plans 
  • Assists beneficiaries with medical exemptions and waiver inquiries 
  • Assists beneficiaries by completing enrollment transaction request transactions, as applicable 
  • Receive inbound calls and complete outbound support calls to provide applicable information 
  • Meets Production and Quality Assurance goals as defined for this position 
  • Maintains updated knowledge of managed care plans that are available to beneficiaries in their area 
  • Follows policies and procedures applicable to the position 
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by management

Languages: Cambodian, Japanese, Korean, Laotian,  Mandarin, Tagalog, Thai & Vietnamese.
