Chocolate Accents is a fast-paced Chocolate Company located in Longwood, FL, specializing in hand made chocolate accents, garnishes, and favors that are sold to hospitality professionals exclusively (Hotels, Caterers, Country and Golf Clubs, Restaurants…etc.). We are currently looking to fill our Full-Time Production Associate position.

Position Overview

The Production Associate is responsible for producing, decorating, and/or packaging chocolate pieces for orders or samples according to our company standards. Extreme attention to detail as well as exceptional time management is required. Overtime hours will be a requirement during peak seasons, and as needed to meet the needs of the business. This position requires candidates to work a flexible shift with varying start and end times.

Required Certifications and Skills

All Candidates should have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Prior Hospitality Experience preferred. Food Handling Certification is also preferred but not required.

Qualified Candidates Should Posses the Following Skillsets:

· Excellent Organizational and Time Management

· Attention to Detail

· Proven track record of Meeting and/or Exceeding deadline expectations

· Ability to Multi-Task and Complete Tasks accordingly

· English Verbal and Written Communication Skills are Required, Bilingual is a plus

· Ability to Read and Record Equipment temperatures and log as necessary.

· Clean and Sanitize Equipment and work area.
