Our ideal Sales Associate is an excellent communicator, and brand ambassador. His or her passion for Project Nia is conveyed in every conversation with an entrepreneurial spirit. Developing customer relationships, and exceeding sales expectations is essential to be successful in this role.
Sales: Deepen the relationship with our customers to drive lifetime loyalty. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas. Capture customer data and cultivate new and existing customer relationships. Deliver a significant portion of sales through new business development.
Experience in retail, events, or relevant customer-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
Ability to work with a diverse client base.
A college/university degree
Strong negotiation skills
Familiarity with trade-show, event, or retail marketing
