WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with customers and Brokers regarding orders.
- Enter, confirm and revise orders via fax, phone and email
- Track orders, shipments and delivery dates
- Respond to consumer complaints/inquiries and log into ERP
- Brainstorm/contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3-5 years of customer service representative/account manager experience
- Experience with problem solving/customer resolution
- Transportation experience preferred
- Associate degree preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Courteous and strong customer service demeanor
- Good listening and responding skills
- Flexible and adaptable to quick change
- Solid problem solving skills
- Live within driving distance of Madison, WI

Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $18.00-$22.00/hr. based on experience
Location: Training will be in Appleton, WI. Position will be remote and hybrid after training. Must live within driving distance of Madison, WI.
