
Prestigious corporate firm in the Henrico area of Richmond, VA is seeking a Corporate Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the Administrator and Office Manager as well as assist the Accounting team. Wonderful team atmosphere.
Work Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday with some overtime required.
Salary $15.00 - $17.00 per hour & based upon experience
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years administrative experienced required or recent graduate in the Business or Accounting field helpful
Ability to answer a very busy multi-line phone system
Must have Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
Minimum 45 wpm typing
Previous experience working for a financial institution, CPA of accounting firm helpful
Prehire criminal background check and drug screen will be required
Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone system
Assist clients with questions and inquires
Perform administrative duties utilizing Microsoft Word
Assist admin team and accounting team with daily and monthly report creation in Excel Data Entry
Assist office with scanning of tax documents and maintaining paperless office environment
Calendar scheduling
