We are looking for a dedicated, full-time hard working inside sales/customer service representative who will thrive in a fast paced environment.

 

This individual should ideally have previous customer service experience, be self-motivated, possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills and strengthen existing customer relationships.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming calls.
  • Receiving and processing all fax and email messages.
  • Generating quotes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving all customer issues.
  • Work directly with sales managers and representatives to implement the customer service portion of operations.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by developing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers’ front line personnel.
  • Advise customers on payment terms.
  • Arrange for pick up freight from the shippers location.
  • Shipment track & tracing .

 

 

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Knowledge of transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding.
  • Must have time management skills and the ability to multi-task.  
  • Strong communication in telephone, email, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to comply with all US Customs regulations as well TSA regulations as Concordia is a CCSF.
  • Strong customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
  • Proficient computer skills and standard PC application skills required.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
