Will work with long term team and generate business opportunities and source and fill Professional/Technical level positions in contract, contract to hire and direct hire roles primarily within the Information Technology vertical. Will have "open door" support of Executive Team to do what you do best!

Will communicate with candidates and clients over the phone, visit in person when needed, utilize all resources to surface candidates for IT vertical for placement today and tomorrow!
What you bring:
2-3 years minimum experience in full cycle recruiting of professional/technical level positions, Information Technology desk speciality preferred
Proven ability to source/surface candidates to fill a variety of positions within desk speciality of IT: PC Tech, Network Admin, Developers, System Administrators, Business Analysts, Management and Direct level, etc.
Staffing/Recruiting firm experience desired or Human Resources department recruiting experience within IT vertical
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with true recruiting/"headhunting" processes and practices; not just working an ATS but actually seeking/finding qualfied candidates
Ability to be creative in finding candidates on internet, etc.
Strong PC skills, ability to pick up new systems quickly
Enthusiasm and enjoyment of filling
Reliable and Dependable, great work ethic, should be comfortable in professional fun office environment
Self-motivated and driven to succeed, sales oriented enthusiasm please!
Ability to achieve goals, meet timelines, proactive and reactive
Pay is dependent upon experience- pay for a recruiter is not the base pay but the monthly incentives based on what you do best!
