As an Operations Management Trainee in our fast-paced environment, you will utilize your degree to assist in business operations and promptly solve problems for our consumers and sales team. Responsibilities:
Assist the management and sales team in coordination, devising, and implementing new strategies
Coordinate operations and ensure sales trajectories and objectives are met or exceeded
Motivate team members in the sales and customer service department
Acquire and sustain new business for the company
Communicate with new clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer contributes
Represent our brand with rectitude and professionalism
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in operations, client relations, sales, or leadership
Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Communications preferred
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Interpersonal and mediation skills
Ability to effectively train and motivate sales associates
Confident and experienced in a customer-facing role
Strategic thinking skills and comprehensive problem-solving abilities
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
