Job Description

Coast Personnel Services is seeking an Accountant for a well-established company in North San Jose, CA.  This is a Temp to Hire position on day shift 8am to 5pm - Monday thru Friday.

Accountant:

Job Description:

·         Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to booking and payment.

·         Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries

·         Process weekly vendor payments and expense reimbursements.

·         Build and reinforce exceptional relationship with the Procurement team to improve and address/resolve any PO issues.

·         Maintains all accounts payable daily entries, reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files.

·         Assist in monthly closing and expense analysis.

·         Assist in other projects as needed

·         Proficiency in MS Excel skills.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

·         1-2 years accounting related work experience.

·         B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance.

·         High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

·         Good communication skills and self-motivated.

·         Proficiency in MS Excel skills.

·         Mandarin speaking is a plus
