Connect Search is hiring for a Human Resources Specialist for a client in the Chicago area. This individual will be supporting a large sized manufacturing company. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, proficient computer skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Provide day-to-day administration of employee master data, including processing of changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, leaves, promotions, etc.) for select employee groups
- Collect, reconcile, and submit semi-monthly payroll data for select employee groups
- Maintain a high level of data integrity, flagging and resolving inconsistencies when appropriate
- Actively participate in projects and meetings for HR department
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
