Responsibilities:

  • Ability to schedule and manage calendars.
  • Ability to answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Provide pertinent departmental information and quality customer service.
  • File and organize paperwork as needed.
  • Generate various reports using various MS Office applications.
  • Ability to provide support for multiple projects.

Requirements:

  • Must have recent and relevant experience.
  • Must be able to work in an office environment individually and as a team member.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
  • Proactive, self-starter, and independent thinker.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to lead, multi-task and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure.
  • PrideStaff wants you to Succeed!
  • Hours Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
