Regional Sales Manager (Process Technology) – Metro Boston

Our client, an international technology leader in the design and manufacture of mechanical devices, has retained us to search for individuals ready to drive continued growth in their US markets.

The client`s success has been a function of their ability to understand and anticipate the needs of each customer whose machines and devices operate in diverse environments. Utilizing a modular system design approach, it allows them to custom design devices that are capable of meeting specific application requirements, utilizing a variety of specialized components and materials.

Your opportunity is to leverage your engineering and design experience, by working directly with their customers design team, and in doing so achieve sales growth within specific regions and targeted industrial verticals.

For the successful candidates, you will now be in a position to leverage your technical skill sets with the ability to develop professional relationships with a customer`s engineering professionals. All of which translates into dynamic problem solving and significant earnings potential for you.

Successful candidates should possess the following skill sets and interest:

 Experience in design review and process development, where design team interaction was important in gaining an optimized solution within product/system design.

 A minimum of three years of sales experience related to machine design or process flow with direct responsibility for sourcing business development opportunities and managing the application engineering process.

 Professional drive to build your career with-in a business development role where you would be interacting with diverse teams and individuals (both internally and externally), towards achieving product development solutions and sales growth.

 BS in mechanical, chemical engineering or related technical degree desired.
