A leading Insurance Firm is looking for outstanding individuals for their Customer Service Representative positions. Responsibilities include assisting customers with policy questions, providing policy information and quotes. • Handle up to 100 incoming calls a day from our customers
• Obtain a satisfactory score on quality assurance reviews of 85% or above
• Use established processes and procedures to complete various underwriting tasks including endorsements, new business activation and cancellations
• Handle special projects as assigned
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) a huge plus!
• P&C License preferred but not required
