Responsibilities Of The Recruiter

o    Writing, posting, and maintaining job requisitions

o    Phone screening and in-person interviewing potential candidates

o    Contacting existing candidates for open positions

o    Communicating with clients to maintain great rapport

o    Conducting reference checks

o    Processing paperwork and performing administrative duties as needed
