Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Manhattan, New York

Training is provided for this position for all new individuals

Entry Level Customer Service Coordinator Role:

As an Entry Level Customer Service Coordinator, you will be helping to present information about our client's services to their current or new customers. You will also help with the recording of sales and making sure that we are on track to hit a preset sales goal. Entry Level Customer Service Coordinator will help customers with any questions or acquisitions they may have. You will also be preparing daily workshops for the team and keep track of any merchandise. As you progress in the position, more responsibilities will be added one.

Desirable Skills:

  • Welcoming personality

  • Great communication

  • Organized and an eye for detail

  • Able to work in teams

  • Background in customer service is a plus, however, not needed

Job Requirements

Entry Level Customer Service Coordinator Requirements:

Please be advise individuals applying for this position must be able to commute to the office on a daily basis. As well, due to legal reasons, individuals must be 18 years or older to work in this position and be able to work in the USA legally (Visa welcome as well).
