POSITION

Recruiting Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to background checks, data entry, filing, and maintaining driver files. 

Education, Skills and Experience

·       High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  College degree preferred.

·       Good oral communication skills

·       Good attention to detail, and ability to create and maintain a schedule.

·       Decisive and confident in judgment, must be able to make decisions.

·       Be a self-starter, and work well independently with limited supervision.

Job Requirements

 Other skills that are required:

§  Computer skills

·       Processing MVR’s and Work History reports

§  Oral Communication skills

§  Interpersonal skills

§  Recordkeeping skills

§  Organizational skills

§  Problem Solving skills

·       Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks.

·       Must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure.

·       Must maintain confidentiality in daily operations.

·       Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and be a team player!
