Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Duration: 6+ months with (extension and permanent placement depending on attendance and performance)

Work Hours: Monday - Friday ; Training about 1-2 months 8am - 5pm (EST), after training schedule may vary shifts rotating weekly ; 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm and 11am-8pm (EST) Starting 10/1 - March 2020 subject to seasonal schedule change. Workers must be avail. 8am - 8pm 7 days a week.

Location: Doral, FL 33166 [remote during COVID-19]

 

***** Looking for someone with Minimum 1+year of Customer service experience *****

 

Position will start as remote then move onsite in Doral, FL.

Candidates must have reliable internet connection and willing to move onsite once requested.

 

Duties:

·         Receives requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding insurance claims/policies.

·         Responds to inquiries from policy holders, providers and/or others for information and assistance.

·         Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response.

·         Mails or routes claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for final processing.

·         Independently responds to inquiries, grievances, complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity.

·         May seek assistance with complex customer services issues

·         Position typically requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand and interpret policy provisions

·         At least 1 year of experience in customer service/call center experience preferred

·         Answering phones, call center queue from members, hospitals, providers with benefit questions

·         Medicare experience perferred

·         Bilingual English/Spanish reading, writing speaking required

 

Education:      

·         High School Diploma or GED required.

·         At least 1 year of experience in customer service preferred
