Management Trainee Position available

The Trainee helps in all functions of our firm with direct guidance of the manager. They will shadows management to practice managerial skills and accumulate managerial experience. Attends management training offered by the firm. Might act as a back-up manager in absence of the store manager. In addition, will work in and learn each position of the company. The right candidate should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within this particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. 

Responsibilities will include, customer service, marketing, entry - level sales, team leadership, client presentations, and gaining product knowledge.
