Medical Science Liaison - Women's Health

I am currently linked with an EU based Medical Device company looking to bring on experienced MSLs to promote their innovative FDA approved Women’s Health device to the US market. The product is set to for launch later this year and has shown promise with clear efficiency, safety and a price advantage on rival devices


After the successful placement of the east coast MSL, my client is looking for an experienced Women's Health MSL to cover the West Coast or Southern US. This is a blank book opportunity for an experienced Women’s Health MSL to identify, engage and maintain KOL relationships to best promote this device.


Requirements:

  • Relevant MD/PhD
  • 2 years in Medical Science Liaison role.
  • Prior experience in Medical Device
  • Prior experience with Women’s Health essential

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, Engages and maintains relationships with KOLs in academic and community settings
  • Leverages on KOL relationships to best suit client needs
  • Compile comprehensive POA to provide both need based and value added services
  • Primary liaison between client and investigators interested in developing studies aligned with medical strategy
  • Provide clinical insight to questions from academic, community and healthcare settings via presentations, group meetings and one on one situations
  • Be a subject matter expert for both external and internal stakeholders
  • Identify, screen and provide scientific support to research sites
  • Collect and interpret medical information and feedback from KOLs to internal stakeholders to define medical strategy
  • POC for practitioners and ability to answer questions with an accurate and balanced response
  • Participate in advisory boards and assist speaker training
  • Medical and Scientific POC for medical education and support for healthcare providers, payers and managed care audiences
  • Participates and leads internal advisory groups and project teams.
