Our customer service representative will serve as a bridge, supplying product/service information and resolving any difficulties that our clients may encounter with accuracy and expertise. They are compassionate, empathic, and highly conversational. They enjoy socializing. Customer service personnel may put themselves in the shoes of their clientele and advocate on their behalf when needed. Customer input is invaluable, and our CSRs can acquire this for us. Customer service representatives are also natural problem solvers. They are skilled in troubleshooting and will research if they do not have sufficient familiarity to overcome the issue.
Duties of a Customer Service Representative:
Previous experience is not required for this position since we will offer full training, including education in sales and marketing, face-to-face demonstrations, time management, financing, presentation skills, teamwork skills, public relations, advertising, and human resources.
Qualifications for Customer Service Representatives:
You must be able to travel to our office in the New York region.
You must be at least 18 years old.
Must be available to begin immediately.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
