URL blocked - click to apply We are hiring a Branch Manager for our 800 Summit Ave. Greensboro NC location.

This position is primarily responsible for the overall profitability of the branch by directing sales and business development, meeting operational objectives and ensuring the location achieves its annual goals. This position will also be responsible for overseeing employee development and engagement, ongoing coaching, and performance management by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities and roles will include but not be limited to:

  • Hiring, coaching, developing, recognizing and disciplining staff

  • Ensuring fast and accurate service from staff who care

  • Directs branch personnel to ensure job responsibilities are measured and achieved

  • Oversee Cash Management, Member survey results, and Teller Performance

  • Ensures Lending Staff meets or surpasses all goals

  • Maintain branch controls as set forth by Audit

  • Evaluates processes, procedures and systems to positively impact the service levels

  • Presents opportunities for growth and improvement to management and staff

  • Works with Business Development to support business partners

  • Ensure coverage of branch at all times

  • Manages Branch budget

Education and/or experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Economics or Finance from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Hours Monday –Thursday 8:15-5:15  Friday 8:15-6:15

Clean background and Good Credit History.  Summit Credit Union is a Drug Free Workplace.
