We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our client in one of two different locations: either McLean, VA or Richmond, VA.

Pay Rate: $13-22/hr based on experience

Locations Available: McLean, VA OR Richmond, VA

You Will:

• Deliver highly commendable customer service for payroll needs
• Ensure operational excellence and diligence in handling customer nonpublic information
• Identify and use appropriate resources
• Initiate action to correct telephone, system or operating routine deficiencies
• Develop and propose methods to improve process
• Streamline audits and create reports
• Able to work a fast paced, technology oriented, and ever changing environment
• Have excellent tone and grammar in writing and verbally
• Demonstrate exceptional listening, questioning and call control techniques
  
  

You Have:

• A minimum of 1 year experience compliance or banking
• Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills
• Proven capability to work independently and on a multi-functional team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change
• Advanced Outlook and Microsoft Office Skills (Word and Excel) or advanced Gmail and G-Suite Skills
