Job Title: Sales & Marketing Administrator

Department: Sales

Reports To: CEO

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt


Summary Primary job responsibilities are to work with the Sales Team by preparing documents/presentations as required for the RFQ (Request for Quote) process, working to update the Caravan Facilities Management (CFM) website and other advertising projects as required.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepares quotes, contract, and RFP responses for potential customers.

  • Maintains quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.

  • Maintains sales demonstration tools and applications.

  • Maintains applicable CFM databases.

  • Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by: developing technical presentations for potential customers, and maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends & government regulations.

  • Assist Bid Coordinator with bid documents/paperwork.

  • Maintain Social Media communications and collateral material

  • Help develop and maintain creating content for monthly Social Media calendar.

Education and/or Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related discipline; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.


  • Experience with digital marketing and website maintenance is preferred.


Language Skills


Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.


Reasoning Ability


Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Computer Skills


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Development software; Internet software;

Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
